Premium Pathshala पर हम अपने customers को स्पष्ट product information और reliable digital delivery प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं।
क्योंकि हमारे products मुख्य रूप से digital products हैं, इसलिए purchase करने से पहले product description, included files, format, compatibility और अन्य उपलब्ध जानकारी को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ना महत्वपूर्ण है।
यह Refund & Cancellation Policy बताती है कि digital product purchase के बाद refund या cancellation किस स्थिति में लागू हो सकता है।
1. Digital Products की Nature
Premium Pathshala पर उपलब्ध products जैसे:
- FL Studio FLP Projects
- DJ Mixing Packs
- DJ Sample Packs
- Presets
- Templates
- DJ Voice Tags
- DJ Dialogues
- Digital Files
- अन्य downloadable resources
मुख्य रूप से digital products हैं।
इन products को physical product की तरह वापस करना संभव नहीं होता।
2. Refund Eligibility
Digital product के लिए refund निम्न परिस्थितियों में consider किया जा सकता है:
A. Duplicate Payment
यदि technical issue के कारण एक ही order के लिए customer से duplicate payment प्राप्त होती है, तो verification के बाद अतिरिक्त payment के लिए applicable refund process किया जा सकता है।
B. Payment Successful लेकिन Product Delivery नहीं हुई
यदि payment successfully complete हो गई है लेकिन customer को purchased product का download/access प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, तो पहले हम delivery/access समस्या को resolve करने का प्रयास करेंगे।
यदि उचित प्रयास के बाद भी purchased product उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जा सकता, तो applicable refund process किया जा सकता है।
C. Product File में गंभीर Technical Problem
यदि purchased product में ऐसी technical problem है जिसके कारण product अपने described purpose के अनुसार usable नहीं है और reasonable support के बाद भी समस्या resolve नहीं होती, तो case को review करके appropriate resolution दिया जा सकता है।
3. Refund सामान्यतः कब उपलब्ध नहीं होगा?
निम्न परिस्थितियों में refund सामान्यतः उपलब्ध नहीं होगा:
- Customer ने product description पढ़े बिना purchase किया हो
- Customer ने गलती से गलत product purchase किया हो
- Customer को product पसंद नहीं आया हो
- Customer ने product download/access कर लिया हो और केवल preference के कारण refund चाहता हो
- Customer के device/software में compatibility issue हो जबकि required compatibility product page पर स्पष्ट दी गई थी
- Customer के पास required software या compatible system न हो
- Customer ने product files खो दी हों
- Customer ने product को unauthorized तरीके से share, copy या distribute किया हो
- Customer ने product का गलत उपयोग किया हो
- Customer ने product description में दी गई requirements को पूरा नहीं किया हो
- Customer ने purchase के बाद केवल personal preference बदलने के कारण refund मांगा हो
नोट: Refund eligibility applicable law और specific product terms के अधीन होगी।
4. Download करने के बाद Refund
किसी digital product को download/access करने के बाद refund request automatically eligible नहीं मानी जाएगी।
हालांकि यदि product में कोई genuine technical defect, incorrect delivery या कोई अन्य valid issue है, तो customer support से संपर्क कर सकता है और case review किया जा सकता है।
5. Cancellation Policy
Digital product order की cancellation केवल उस स्थिति में संभव हो सकती है जब order अभी process/deliver नहीं हुआ हो और cancellation technically possible हो।
यदि digital product पहले ही deliver या download access के लिए उपलब्ध कराया जा चुका है, तो cancellation request सामान्यतः स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती।
6. Refund Request कैसे करें?
Refund request के लिए हमें customer support के माध्यम से संपर्क करें।
Request में निम्न जानकारी देना आवश्यक है:
Name:
Registered Email:
Order Number:
Product Name:
Payment Date:
Refund का कारण:
Problem का विवरण:
यदि applicable हो, तो technical problem का screenshot या अन्य relevant information भी भेजें।
7. Refund Request की Review
Refund request प्राप्त होने के बाद हम order और payment details को verify कर सकते हैं।
हम आवश्यकता पड़ने पर:
- Order status
- Payment status
- Download/access status
- Product details
- Technical issue
की जांच कर सकते हैं।
Refund approval automatic नहीं है। प्रत्येक eligible request को उपलब्ध information और applicable policy के आधार पर review किया जा सकता है।
8. Approved Refund
यदि refund approve किया जाता है, तो refund applicable payment method या payment provider के refund process के अनुसार किया जा सकता है।
Refund amount customer के original transaction और approved refund decision के अनुसार निर्धारित होगा।
Bank/payment gateway processing के कारण refund reflect होने में अतिरिक्त समय लग सकता है।
9. Payment Gateway Related Issues
यदि payment successful नहीं हुआ है लेकिन bank account से amount temporarily deduct दिखाई दे रहा है, तो पहले transaction status verify किया जाएगा।
यदि payment gateway transaction failed या reversed दिखाता है, तो amount संबंधित payment provider/bank की processing के अनुसार वापस हो सकता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में customer को transaction/reference details के साथ support से संपर्क करना चाहिए।
10. Chargeback
यदि किसी payment के संबंध में कोई issue है, तो customer को पहले Premium Pathshala support से संपर्क करके समस्या resolve करने का अवसर दिया जाता है।
Unauthorized transaction या payment fraud की स्थिति में customer को अपने payment provider/bank से भी तुरंत संपर्क करना चाहिए।
11. Product Replacement / Support
कुछ eligible situations में refund के बजाय हम निम्न समाधान प्रदान कर सकते हैं:
- Correct download link
- Product re-delivery
- File replacement
- Technical assistance
- Correct product access
यह solution समस्या और product की परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर करेगा।
12. Free Products
Free downloads के लिए सामान्यतः monetary refund लागू नहीं होता क्योंकि उनके लिए कोई purchase payment नहीं की गई है।
यदि किसी free product में technical समस्या हो, तो customer support के माध्यम से इसकी सूचना दी जा सकती है।
13. Policy में बदलाव
Premium Pathshala आवश्यकता के अनुसार इस Refund & Cancellation Policy को update कर सकता है।
Updated policy इसी page पर publish की जाएगी और “Last Updated” date को update किया जा सकता है।
