2. क्या आपके products physical हैं?
नहीं। Premium Pathshala के अधिकांश products digital products हैं।
इनके लिए physical parcel या courier delivery नहीं होती।
Purchase के बाद applicable digital delivery method के माध्यम से product access/download किया जा सकता है।
3. Product खरीदने से पहले क्या मैं उसकी details देख सकता हूँ?
हाँ।

4. मैं payment कैसे कर सकता हूँ?
आप checkout page पर उपलब्ध supported payment methods के माध्यम से payment कर सकते हैं।

5. Payment करने के बाद क्या मिलेगा?
Successful payment के बाद आपके purchased digital product को उपलब्ध delivery method के अनुसार access/download किया जा सकता है।

6. Payment कट गया लेकिन order दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है, क्या करें?
अगर payment amount deduct हो गया है लेकिन order confirmation या product access नहीं मिला है, तो घबराएं नहीं।

📥 Download से जुड़े सवाल
7. Digital product कैसे download करें?
Successful purchase के बाद product को उपलब्ध delivery method के अनुसार download/access किया जा सकता है।
कुछ products के लिए download link:
- Order Confirmation
- My Account → Downloads
- या website के अन्य download section
में उपलब्ध हो सकता है।
8. Download link काम नहीं कर रहा है तो क्या करें?
सबसे पहले internet connection और browser को check करें।
यदि समस्या बनी रहती है, तो Contact Us के माध्यम से support से संपर्क करें।
अपने message में:
Order Number + Registered Email + Product Name
जरूर दें।
9. मेरा download link नहीं मिला, क्या करूँ?
अगर payment successful है लेकिन download/access नहीं मिला है, तो customer support से संपर्क करें।
हम order status verify करके available delivery method के अनुसार सहायता करेंगे।
10. क्या मैं purchased product दोबारा download कर सकता हूँ?
यह product और website की download settings पर निर्भर कर सकता है।
अगर आपके account में download available है, तो आप My Account → Downloads से access कर सकते हैं।

11. FLP Project क्या होता है?
FLP एक FL Studio project file होती है, जिसमें project की arrangement, patterns, mixer settings, instruments और अन्य project-related information हो सकती है।
किसी specific FLP में क्या शामिल है, इसकी जानकारी उसके product description में दी जाती है।
12. क्या FLP Projects सभी FL Studio versions में काम करते हैं?
यह project और उसके उपयोग किए गए plugins/instruments पर निर्भर करता है।

13. अगर मेरे पास required plugin नहीं है तो क्या होगा?

15. मैं अपना password भूल गया हूँ, क्या करूँ?

16. क्या digital product खरीदने के बाद refund मिल सकता है?
Digital products की nature के कारण refund हर purchase पर automatically available नहीं होता।
लेकिन duplicate payment, successful payment के बाद product delivery/access failure या eligible technical issue जैसी परिस्थितियों में request review की जा सकती है।

17. मैंने गलती से गलत product खरीद लिया। क्या refund मिलेगा?
गलत product purchase होने पर refund automatically guaranteed नहीं है।
इसलिए purchase करने से पहले product description, format, compatibility और included files को ध्यानपूर्वक check करें।
यदि कोई genuine issue है, तो support से संपर्क करें।
18. Product download करने के बाद refund मिल सकता है?
Download/access के बाद refund सामान्यतः automatic नहीं होता।
हालांकि genuine technical problem या incorrect delivery जैसी eligible situation होने पर case review किया जा सकता है।
